The Mountbatten Institute is the only organisation providing graduates with the opportunity to gain unrivalled experience at the world's top employers in New York City. Participants of the New York Programme spend one year living, studying and training in one of the world's most challenging corporate cultures, arming themselves with the skills necessary to top an increasingly competitive labour market.

The Mountbatten Institute encourages cultural integration on the programme with a calendar of events for trainees including museum visits, sports events, brunches, weekend trips, charity parades and more.
Employment prospects following Mountbatten are outstanding with recent statistics showing 86% being employed within three months and 100% being employed within six months, often with their host organisation or a direct competitor.
