Working on a variety of iconic and industry leading construction projects from day one you will work through a two year programme to develop both technical and behavioural skills in line with our broader business strategy, providing you with a clear career pathway. Your structured training programme will cover health and safety, environmental, quality, document control, site management, design, services, and commercial awareness. The time it takes to complete it will depend on you, your existing skills, the effort you put in and the way you like to learn.
You will receive on-the-job mentoring throughout the programme from specialists within our business who are some of the best in the industry, ensuring that your career gets off to the best possible start.
Successful applicants will be high achievers with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Qualifications and experience requirements
We accept applications from students who have degrees in engineering, construction management, architecture, quantity surveying or other construction related subjects.
To be eligible to apply for the graduate programme you need to:
- Be a student expecting to complete a relevant university degree before September 2017 - or a graduate who has successfully completed a degree no earlier than September 2015.
- Are working towards or have obtained a degree classification of ideally 2:1 or above.
- Have the right to work in the UK at the time of employment.
