Job description

Working in Finance for the world’s largest food and drink manufacturer – one with lots of big well-known brands, is an exciting place to be! The team are always involved in the conversation, so you’ll certainly never be bored. Over this three-year Graduate scheme, wherever you’re based (York or Gatwick), you’ll build up strong foundations across Finance as you move around different areas of the function, learning your trade. These might include a stint focusing on ‘Reporting’ – where you’ll learn all about interpreting data in a way that’s full of insight, or ‘Partnering the Business’ – where you’ll focus on managing relationships and keeping customers sweet.

From here you can expect to work in a specific support area, including the likes of ‘Planning & Reporting’, ‘Overhead & Cost Allocation’, ‘Financial Services’ and more.

Innovation matters at every level of our business. So, as a Finance Graduate, you’ll learn how to channel your innovative nature into seriously creative business solutions. That’s a real professional placement, working on real projects while being mentored by industry experts. Putting your knowledge into practice but still learning all the time.

It’ll give you a practical understanding of our Finance department and an entry into a potentially lifelong Finance career that will only see you progressing and progressing, at least while you’re here at Nestlé.

Qualifications


This being Finance, you’ll obviously need a head for figures and plenty of confidence when it comes to processing and interpreting data, plus a degree in a related subject (finance, mathematics, accounting or similar) and the willingness to relocate to York or Gatwick.
