As a Quality Assurance Graduate you will play a key role in ensuring and improving quality to help Nestlé continue to lead the way as a food, nutrition, health and wellness company. Our graduates have the chance to work with some of the world’s biggest and most-loved brands with fantastic opportunities to learn, develop and progress.
What can you expect?
The two-year Quality Graduate scheme offers you the opportunity to experience different areas of our business in our factories, head offices, and wider supply chain across the UK. You will learn how to ensure we integrate, maintain and improve product quality from production to consumer through different roles that will test your ability to deliver improvements and help hone your leadership skills.
You will become fully integrated into the Quality Assurance team where you will work and build networks with a range of different functions including manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and innovation and renovation, as well as quality teams in other factories and head office. You will spend a lot of time in the factory working with these functions to ensure product safety, legality and quality is maintained and improved. This will give you valuable insight into how different areas of the business work together to deliver results.
Throughout the programme you will have the support of a mentor, a dedicated graduate champion and strong links to our leadership team. We are looking to help set you up for an exciting and varied career at Nestlé with extensive opportunities to continue to develop and progress across our supply chain.
The Nestlé Graduate scheme is designed to help you build on certain strengths. These include being a quick learner, strong team player and talented organiser who is good at building relationships and focused on achieving results.
