Supply Chain make sure that each department knows what to do to get our products to the customer without a hitch. With forward planning, trouble-shooting and smooth talking you’ll make our products’ journey from raw ingredients to on-the-shelf as smooth and cost-effective as possible.
It’s forecasting, it’s manufacturing, it’s negotiating, it’s delivering – all on time and into stores without so much as a glitch. And you’ll learn all about it over three years, from end-to-end. On-the-job, in the classroom and face-to-face with customers, suppliers and factory associates.
Guess what else? You’ll start your Apprenticeship in York or Gatwick, but the UK is just the tip of the iceberg, remember we’re the world’s largest food and drink manufacturer You’ll be working with other countries and markets as you work towards becoming a Level 3 Supply Chain Practitioner. Who we are looking for

So it’s all about awesome networking skills, a proper analytical eye that can pick out the details and a sense of innovation. If there’s something that hasn’t been tried, and it feels commercially sound, you’ll want to try it. Even if it challenges what normally goes down.
If you’re prepared to give it your all in an exciting and fast-paced real-world learning environment, this is it. To qualify, you’ll have to be 18 plus by the 1st September 2020 and be prepared to move around the country for your placements. You’ll need 5 GCSEs or equivalent (actual or predicted), graded 9-4 (or A*-C if awarded before 2017), which must include maths and English. You might even have an ICT qualification too, though this isn’t a must.
