Through a series of rotational placements, you’ll be working as a surveyor to secure land and access rights for a whole range of operational projects across the country. From temporary requirements for site compounds, project offices, access points, to more permanent requirements where the land supports new infrastructure. You’ll be working closely with colleagues to review and assess options and deliver results.
You’ll be responsible for securing tenants for major new investment schemes, against challenging financial targets. You’ll have the opportunity to lead on the sale or disposal of surplus land, to help prospective new tenants find suitable accommodation or help us deliver land in line with government housing targets. You may also be required to search for new uses for redundant railway accommodation, such as accommodation for charities. You’ll help to give buildings with no future a new lease of life whilst helping to deliver much needed residential units.

At the end of the scheme you’ll have the option to apply for roles within development, retail, commercial estates or property services as a surveyor, development surveyor, portfolio surveyor, portfolio manager or asset manager.

2:2 in a RICS accredited commercial property degree.
