This is a great opportunity to learn first-hand how the sales process works, including the importance of developing strong customer relationships, building genuine trust and giving high-quality advice. It is a tailored three-year programme, in a commercially focused environment, with a range of placements and your own personal mentor, where we will be with you every step of the way. Initially head office based, you will work in our telephone-based sales and customer enquiry teams, building your product knowledge and sales technique. Then as your capability grows, you can look forward to the exciting prospect of supporting and partnering with our Financial Advisors out in the field, helping them prepare the financial plans and reports to fulfil our customers’ needs. This is designed to give you a real breadth and depth of experience, ensuring you are fully equipped to take your career in Financial Services in the direction you choose, whether that’s becoming a Financial Advisor and helping our customers plan for their future or supporting day to day operations in other key roles.

What we are looking for

Commercially aware and with a genuine desire to develop and progress, you will relish the chance to work in a target driven, sales led environment, where everyone plays a part. With a positive outlook, plenty of ambition and a real focus on success, we are looking for excellent communicators and relationship builders, who are great with people and expecting a minimum 2:2 degree in any subject area. However, of equal importance, will be a willingness to take on each opportunity that comes your way and consistently challenge yourself to be the best you can be.
