Head office based and undertaking a tailored three year programme, this is an exciting opportunity to gain widespread exposure and learn about the key IT platforms and programmes underpinning our business and the wider insurance industry, including integral technologies such as Cloud and Cyber Security. With a dedicated mentor and a great support network in place, you will rotate through a number of placements across different IT functions, gaining a breadth and depth of experience that will ensure you are fully equipped to make your mark and help lead technology change in this rapidly developing and fast changing arena.

What we are looking for

Technically minded, with a genuine passion for all things IT and a real desire to develop your skill base, you will relish the chance to work in a collaborative environment, where everyone plays a part. An excellent communicator and problem solver, who can build strong working relationships right across the board, we will be looking for a history of good academic performance, culminating in a good degree in a relevant subject area. However, as equally important, will be a positive attitude and a willingness to consistently challenge yourself to be the best you can be.
