At NMUK, Alliance Logistics Europe (ALE) works as an integral part of Renault-Nissan’s supply chain management team offering a wide range of opportunities within an exciting and ever changing environment.
We have Inbound part logistics who liaise with renowned logistics providers to design and engineer innovative and cost effective global logistics routes. Then comes warehousing and regional material handling who manage inbound parts once they reach NMUK. There is also the Overseas Chief Project Logistics (O-CPL) and cost reporting group, which manages new model projects and developmental cost reporting for the three European Nissan manufacturing countries (UK, Spain & Russia).
We then have the Outbound ALE organisation which is responsible for the delivery of vehicles from all production sources to final dealer locations across Europe and certain overseas markets. This is split into engineering and operations; with operations handling the day to day business of delivering cars, whilst the engineering teams work on strategic development and logistics tenders with our partners in Purchasing.
ALE provides an ideal workplace for an enthusiastic, open minded individual who wants to learn, showcase their ability and is keen to be involved in projects that have a substantial impact on the business.
