We are offering a three-year Graduate Programme designed to develop the future Nomad Foods Finance Leadership Team. The Programme contains three 12-month rotation placements within the finance function in an accelerated learning environment.
The Graduate Programme will give aspirational finance leaders a solid grounding across key elements of the finance and accounting function. This will enable Finance Graduates to gain experience in the different roles within finance and to help them pick their career path for the future, whilst building a great understanding of how the business operates. During the three years the successful candidates will undertake 3 placements within the following areas:
Financial planning and analysis: working in the FP&A team, providing insight into business performance and helping to deliver the forecasting and management reporting processes, which will help you to build an understanding of business performance drivers and analytical tools.
Financial reporting: working in the Financial Reporting team to help deliver our statutory accounts and reporting requirements to the SEC, which will help you to build a strong technical understanding of financial accounting and requirements of our investor base for reporting.
Commercial finance: working in the Commercial Finance team partnering our Sales and Marketing teams to deliver business performance, which will help you to build an understanding of the drivers of our commercial business and support on commercial discussions and negotiations.
Supply chain finance: working in the Supply Chain Finance team partnering with our Supply Chain (Factories and Procurement), which will help you build a clear understanding of how we produce and distribute our products through the operational side of our business.
Internal audit: working in the Internal Audit Team contributing to internal audit and internal control projects, helping to ensure that business systems, policies, processes and procedures are being appropriately operated, and taking action where it is found that compliance is being breached or weaknesses are identified.
Shared Service Centre: developing an understanding of the core finance and accounting practices on which the operations of the company are built.
It will be challenging, there is no doubt. However, we’re looking to make all our Graduates managers at the conclusion of the three-year programme.
