Still recruiting throughout COVID‑19

Job description

If you are keen to learn a specific skill, whilst working for one of the country’s largest housing associations, then look no further – you have come to the right place.

We enable people from every background to achieve their career ambitions, giving them the support, benefits, training and environment they need to thrive at work. You may have just left school, or college, or may be coming to us later on in life, looking to re-train in a new career.

This unique role will work and engage with a diverse range of teams across Orbit to help deliver the environmental programme. You will be a brand ambassador for Orbit’s environmental programme called Orbit Earth, helping to engage with employees and customers through campaigns and communications. You will develop and maintain good relationships between our different internal teams and undertake small research projects to broaden business and/or technical understanding. You will assist with the delivery of environmental projects and wider strategy and identify opportunities for environmental improvements across the business.

What we offer

During this time you will gain a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship.

Although it is our intention to offer you a permanent role at the end of the scheme, Orbit cannot guarantee this, however, the experience and qualifications that you will have gained throughout your time with us will certainly equip you for success in securing a permanent role in your career.

We offer an excellent flexible benefits package including private medical insurance, discounted dental insurance, gym membership, generous holiday entitlement (starting at 27 days plus bank holidays) and pension scheme.
