Our graduate programme
We see our graduates as leaders of the future - so we invest a lot in our two-year Graduate Programme – and in you. Joining Sales you’ll rotate through a series of placements including several within the wider Property Investment division to understand the whole housebuilding cycle.
Variety and influence
As well as getting lots of responsibility in your day-to-day role, we’ll help you explore the whole of Orbit, from visiting building sites, and independent living services, to meeting our executive team and even going to a board meeting.
A big strategic project
A big strategic project. You’ll join our other five graduates who also start in September to tackle a big strategic project together. A previous cohort of graduates have been researching how we can cut fuel poverty and improve our strategic asset management in one stroke with new technology solutions, and another are working to reduce our carbon footprint through a wide variety of initiatives.
We are currently looking to recruit a Sales Graduate who will be based at our Coventry office. This role will provide a firm foundation for a successful career in Sales at Orbit, including all fundamental processes, systems and ways of working within the Sales Department, placements in other departments, an insight into the organisation as a whole and internal/external training to include both technical competencies and leadership/management development.
In this key role, you will be responsible for securing sales utilising a variety of tenure options including: market sale, help to buy and shared ownership , ensuring that all sales are progressed and completed within agreed timescales and in accordance with our service standards.
Upon successful completion of the Graduate Scheme we intend to offer you a permanent position and continue to support and develop you to become a future leader within our organisation.

Contract - full-time (two years) 36.25 hours per week.
