Graduate Software Developer

Still recruiting throughout COVID‑19

Job description

Become part of the team

Build and deliver software that solves interesting and complex problems. Think about building a new internet of things piggybank or transforming a FTSE 100 company’s IT infrastructure to be in the cloud. Think about how to deliver a portal that gives 14 million people every month accessible healthcare advice. Work with the latest cutting-edge technology (such as serverless cloud computing, big data and IoT) and be at the heart of making the right technical decisions, not just the easy ones. We don’t limit ourselves when it comes to delivering ambitious technology and in your career in PA, neither will you.

Digital at PA Consulting Group

Our Digital service pulls together the latest technologies and a wealth of industry expertise. We design and deliver next-generation solutions for clients, including some of the biggest brands in the world. It’s a growing, vitally important part of PA. It’s also much, much more – in recent years, our teams have driven some of the most exciting work in consulting.

Joining us as a Junior Software Engineer, you will work on an assortment of exciting projects providing innovative software solutions to our clients' most critical business issues. We'll look to you to provide high-level technical designs and to develop software in collaboration with business analysts and software architects. You will also work closely with test and DevOps specialists as well as service managers on automated software releases to production.

As your career progresses, you can expect to work across all areas of the development lifecycle, from strategy to implementation, and to take on assignments in different sectors. You will develop skills in a wide range of technologies, and also benefit from the excellent training opportunities that PA offers. This will provide you with broad base of experience from which to build an outstanding career.
