Person requirements

Whether you have just started your first year at university or have already graduated, you are encouraged to apply. Over and above prior experience, we look at your motivation and competencies such as resilience and adaptability in judging your eligibility for our internship opportunities.

Specifically, you are eligible to apply if you:

  • Are currently completing an undergraduate degree or have recently graduated from university;
  • Demonstrate strong academic performance, on-track to achieve or having achieved a 2:1 degree classification or higher;
  • Have good attention to detail;
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Show enthusiasm for international experience as well as the industry you have applied for;
  • Are resilient and able to work under pressure;
  • Show willingness to take responsibility for work allocated; and
  • Are self-motivated and a proactive worker.
