Animal and Conservation Volunteering Placements

Job description

We are looking for volunteers to join our projects for one week plus to support the following projects:

  • Elephant care and conservation
  • Marine and reef conservation
  • Horse rehabilitation
  • Jungle research
  • Wildlife rescue
  • Dog and cat rescue
  • Wildlife centre
  • African wildlife conservation

If you are looking at working with animals or studying a role such as Zoology or Animal Management then you could consider our Animal Care volunteer placements – these placements are set in some amazing travel destinations around the world such as the exotic Caribbean, vibrant India and tropical islands and Thailand.

Students with a passion in conservation research, ecology or marine biology could consider joining our Conservation volunteer projects located in the stunning countries of Belize, Costa Rica, Namibia, Peru, South Africa, Sri Lanka and Thailand.

Volunteering overseas is a great way to enhance your CV since volunteering overseas shows potential employees that you are not afraid of working hard, taking on new experiences and working in challenging environments.

What we are looking for


You do not need to have specific qualifications or experience to join our placements as relevant training will be offered whilst at the project.

Our volunteer placements are open to volunteers ages 18 years + and we also run special lead volunteer placements for 16 and 17 year old volunteers each year.
