Job description

You will be part of a team of highly-motivated professionals, paired with a field based Account Manager and tasked with growing existing customer accounts and acquiring new ones by providing outstanding sales support in a defined area of the UK. Supported by an extensive network of specialists within Resinex and its world class suppliers, the core role involves sales order processing and administration, co-ordinating customer logistics and providing technical support for a wide range of customers involved in the processing of plastic raw materials.

You will receive a personalised training and development programme designed to provide you with the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in the role, covering our products, business systems and processes. As you develop your skills set and a wider appreciation of the plastics industry, there is scope for significant additional responsibilities and some international travel, as well as opportunities to progress into field sales, technical or product management roles.

Company information

Resinex is the largest distributor in the Ravago Group, specialising in the supply of plastic and rubber raw materials to converters worldwide. As we continue to grow our business, we are looking for bright, enthusiastic applicants (who are already eligible to work in the UK) to join our friendly and dynamic team of Account Executives.

Person requirements

The ideal candidate will be an excellent team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills and a positive, 'can do' attitude. They should be highly organised and motivated, able to act on their own initiative to solve problems and have the ability to quickly learn a large and constantly-evolving product range. They should be comfortable with accepting responsibility early in their career (with support), and willing to put in extra effort to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction.
