Group Leader

Job description

Robinwood is looking for fun and outgoing people to work as Group Leaders and deliver great courses for primary school groups at our four activity centres. Activities offered include climbing, canoeing, zip wire, archery and many more.

We recruit throughout the year and have a values based selection process so welcome applications from people with a wide range of backgrounds and experience. There is good opportunity for career development and promotion within the company.

Reasons to work for Robinwood:

  • The majority of school holidays off
  • All staff receive performance bonuses and share of the annual company profit bonus
  • A great, like-minded staff team
  • Choice of permanent contracts, from three to five days a week
  • Opportunity to gain a variety of qualifications and plenty of training
  • Subsidised meals on site
  • Part of the Sunday Times Top 100 Companies to Work for the past five years

Apply now and become part of our award-winning company.

What we are looking for

We welcome applications from positive enthusiastic people who have some experience (paid or voluntary) working with children, and an interest in the activities we offer. We run a values-based selection process so your employment history is less important to us than your ethos and personality.

Qualifications are not necessary as we provide all training, but a great personality, the ability to relate to 8-11 year olds and the skills to tell a good story are pretty useful.

Accepted degree subjects
