What does our outsourcing team do?
Our team is often the first port-of-call for organisations that need business support. We help clients with a wide range of services - anything from bookkeeping and preparing management accounts, to working alongside payroll services and HR teams.
The work we carry out is tailored to the specific needs of the client, so no two days are the same. By carrying out these functions, we help our clients better manage their business. Our work removes obstacles to growth and frees up management’s time, so they concentrate on other priorities such as developing and growing the business.
What can you expect?
RSM’s graduate apprenticeship in outsourcing offers top quality career development. With us, you’ll get involved in client work very quickly, and get the chance to learn about different types of businesses from varying industry sectors. What we look for
Our team specialises in forming strong working relationships with clients, so we’re on the lookout for team players with excellent communication skills. And while you don’t have to be a maths genius, you will need to be comfortable with numbers.
