International Sales Executive

Job description

If you have the essential qualities we need, you could be responsible for:

  • Proactively driving forward and further developing existing international business collaborations
  • Successfully identifying potential new partners and channels; evaluating opportunities across the SANTORO portfolio to ensure compliance with company strategy worldwide
  • Pitching for, evaluating, negotiating and closing new business deals to grow revenues across multiple market sectors and demographics worldwide
  • Ensuring sales targets are achieved and exceeded and in turn undertaking concise data reviews, performance analysis and forecasting
  • Travelling to and attending UK and international trade shows to establish and negotiate new business as well as the potential to visit our international stockists to enhance and grow these partnerships
  • Reacting quickly and effectively to unplanned opportunities

What we are looking for

  • A passion for developing a sales-related career
  • The business acumen required to develop and sustain business partnerships
  • The ability to - and enthusiasm for - ‘getting to know’ our brand properties in order to sell them to potential business partners with excellent negotiation skills and effective persuasion
  • The confidence to seize opportunities with the brands’ and the company’s best interests at heart from an experience of negotiating deals and contracts
  • The stamina to work in a fast-paced environment, with the capacity to maintain focus on detail and the initiative to remain proactive
  • Strong commercial understanding
  • Exceptional communication skills to all levels
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Competent computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • A flexible approach to work with the willingness to travel and take on responsibilities outside the direct remit

Bonus point if you have:

  • Previous experience in sales and negotiation within a commercial environment
  • The ability to communicate in multiple languages
  • An upbeat personality and good sense of humour to fit in with our bubbly (but hard-working) team

Qualifications

A relevant degree qualification or equivalent and top grades throughout education.
