We are looking for talented and committed Software Engineers to join our team. You will quickly gain experience by working on a variety of projects, perhaps a real-time exchange feed, a web service or a smart phone app. The problems you encounter will require clear analysis in order to design appropriate solutions. The applications you build will present a technical challenge needing smart thinking and an attention to detail.
When you start work, you will focus on a particular application area of our current interest, developing your existing skills and learning new ones, whilst working with different staff members on a variety of activities. You will be expected to be self-motivated and to demonstrate initiative from the start, though you will have a more experienced mentor to assist you during this period.
As your career progresses, the emphasis of your work may change. Some may continue to focus on technical programming whilst others may concentrate on requirements analysis and project management, although these example career paths need not be mutually exclusive. We also encourage everyone to take responsibility within Sinara in areas such as client management, product development and sales.
At Sinara, your progress will be limited only by your abilities, not by bureaucracy or organisational politics, and you will be rewarded accordingly, including a share of profits.
