The majority of our graduates join the Softcat sales team – we have a great record of turning raw potential into rapid success. You don’t need a techie background to work in IT sales, it’s your ability and willingness to learn that matters.
If you thrive in sales, you could be earning big in just three years. On average, new sales employees can expect to earn £25k-£30k OTE in year one, £40k in year two and £50-£60k in year three. There’s uncapped commission, so our top performers make six figures. There are other great incentives like trips all over the world.
We’re a team of many talents. We also recruit graduates into technical/IT roles including engineers and consultants, and into positions across the wider business.
