An exciting opportunity has come up to join our Microsoft Operations team. This role sits alongside four other executives who support a wider Microsoft team of 26 in addition to the Softcat Sales team. The team primarily offer operational assistance across corporate and public sector customers with an aim to support customers and account managers through the full life cycle of a Microsoft agreement. They are a hardworking and driven team who put customer service first and continually aim to be the best Microsoft Operations team in the industry.

As a Microsoft Operations Executive you will be assisting the Microsoft Operations team with daily tasks from day to day management of the inbox, to customer queries and sales support. This is a unique opportunity to learn several different skills and experience working across an entire customer lifecycle. You will also have the chance to shadow in other areas within the Software Alliances wider team to better understand its role in the business.
