Job description

Our graduate programme in consulting and management is a two-year programme that will develop you both as a business and consulting professional and as a leader. You’ll have the opportunity to make a difference from day one and work on client projects across a number of business sectors, including financial services, commercial, government, aerospace, defence and security. You’ll get involved in all aspects of how we work with our clients to understand and address the challenges that are fundamental to their success. Alongside this varied and challenging work experience, you’ll also develop the business understanding and leadership skills that mean you’ll be perfectly placed to continue building your career with us beyond the graduate programme and achieve your potential in your chosen career path.

Start date: April 2018.

Qualifications and experience requirements

You will need to have achieved a 2:1 degree in any discipline and have strong analytical and critical thinking skills. You’ll thrive on working collaboratively to solve problems and build solutions and be an excellent communicator and relationship builder.
