Academic Administrator

Job description

The primary role of this post is to provide administrative support to the Deputy Head Academic, whose role it is to deputise for the High Master on all academic matters in the school, and to provide administrative support to the Learning Support Department.

The Administrator will act as a first point of contact for the Deputy Head Academic with parents, staff and pupils; therefore, excellent customer skills are essential. They must be approachable, friendly and be willing to learn and to be flexible.

The Administrator will also be responsible for efficient and accurate keeping of records (both hard and electronic copy) in the LS department, so must have excellent administration and organisational skills with the ability to use their initiative and make the job their own.

  • Start date: ASAP
  • 9.00am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday (full time post)
