Job description

And what if we also told you that we’d be developing you as a future leader of a £1bn turnover, 25,000 employee business?

Interested? Then read on
Our two year graduate scheme is generalist leadership programme - we know that to be a great leader with us you’ll need really rounded experiences. With that in mind you’ll be getting stuck into operations, HR, finance, strategy...the list goes on...from day one, and with real responsibility to lead a team and make commercial decisions which have a positive impact on our business. Your day to day work will be continually underpinned with on & off the job training and leadership development

The offer
In year one you’ll undertake a placement in one of our 18 business units and have exposure to leading a team and understanding how the business operates on a day to day basis. You’ll also get a buddy who’ll support and mentor you throughout the two years.

In year two you’ll be able to put everything you’ve learned into practice. We’ll place you in your first official role and give you all the support you need to take you through the second stage of the programme which will incorporate continuous training and development. At the end of your two years you'll be in your own leadership role managing a large and profitable part of our business.
