Teaching Personnel works with schools and MATs (Multi Academy Trusts) across the country, helping them develop a talent pool of teachers through our Future Teachers Programme.

What is a Future Teacher?

Future Teachers are graduates, in year-long, paid assistant teacher or cover supervisor positions at primary and secondary schools. Future Teachers gain first-hand insight into the world of teaching.
