Our graduates get so much support it’s like they have their own entourage.
We’re not your ordinary finance professionals. We’re just as fascinated by tech and the world around us, as we are by numbers and figures. But what makes us really different is the amount of support we offer our graduates. Think Lady Gaga’s entourage is big? You ain’t seen nothing yet.
Join our finance team and our CIMA accredited study programme will provide you with the training, skills and support you need to become a Qualified Accountant. And then ensure you go on to enjoy a varied and rewarding career in finance at O2.
It’s a role where you’ll find yourself always challenging the status quo, and using your natural analytical skills to make sense of complex sets of data. Going way beyond accounts and translating figures, we spot trends. We make connections. And we provide the insight our business needs to be bold and make informed decisions about the future.
In return, our training will stretch and inspire you. You’ll develop a strong network of friends and fellow graduates at your induction and other events. You’ll be able to take advantage of online learning resources and short training courses at our learning academies. Your on-the-job learning will give you the skills you need to really make an impact. And with support from your manager, a mentor and an online community of graduates, we’ll look after you all the way, and that includes your physical and mental wellbeing too.
