We listen to our graduates so we can provide training that’s in tune with them. That means fascinating career paths in tech, and all the support you need to shine
At O2, we work with the latest tech. We push that new technology to the limits. And we invest in the systems of the future – in every sense of the word. We’re coding, programming, cyber security, the cloud, and more. So if you’re looking for a graduate career that focuses on delivering exactly what you’ve been asking for, we’re the team for you.
You could join us in a role that’s focused on managing our network, pushing out projects, or working with vendors. Or, you could be part of the team that drives automation. Or you could be challenged with improving workflows and performance. Either way, you’ll enjoy the kind of flexibility and scalability that you won’t find anywhere else.
In return, our training will stretch and inspire you. You’ll develop a strong network of friends and fellow graduates at your induction and other events. You’ll be able to take advantage of online learning resources and short training courses at our learning academies. Your on-the-job learning will give you the skills you need to really make an impact. And with support from your manager, a mentor and an online community of graduates, we’ll look after you all the way, and that includes your physical and mental wellbeing too.
