The graduate programme offers the opportunity to work across the services provided by Teneo Blue Rubicon, with training and experience in strategic consulting, reputation management, financial consultancy, political and regulatory advice and communications campaigning.

Person requirements

We are looking for intellectually curious graduates with:

  • A genuine interest in the work we do and our areas of focus, whether that be reputation management, strategic communications, public affairs or financial communications or all of the above.
  • A proven ability to take the initiative and show determination to succeed
  • An ability to pinpoint insight that leads to intelligent and creative problem solving

Qualifications and experience requirements

Your degree discipline is not the important factor as we are a team of diverse backgrounds and experience - an element that is crucial to our success.
