Finance Graduate Programme

Job description

In our Finance team, the size of our business gives our graduates a varied experience, allowing them to thrive. You will be supported through your CIMA qualification with paid study leave as well as getting hands-on experience across our business by collaborating with our international markets, associated businesses and specialist finance teams. Over the three years you’ll learn from experts in various teams from investor relations and audit to group reporting and product finance.

Our graduates will have the opportunity to gain a solid understanding of finance as well as exposure to specialist areas while they move around the team. Whatever your role, you’ll have an instant impact on our business and help to make changes for the better.

What you will be doing

Our programme will give you a range of opportunities, working in a number of areas. You could have the opportunity to work with our product team working on strategic projects or supporting to write reports for our leadership team. Whether it’s building a wide variety of skills giving you a great foundation into the world of finance, or developing your communication skills as well as analysis, insight and financial accounting. This will provide you with a great start for a career in finance.

What we are looking for

You will need to be a team player who is able to use your skills and apply them to specific problems and obstacles faced each day at work. It’s important that you have an interest in a career in finance and are keen to work in a fast-paced environment.
