As Client Services and Marketing Support Assistant, your role will be varied and interesting, with no two days the same. The client services role is all about helping users register, and set up projects, or funding schemes on The Good Exchange platform, while delivering an excellent customer experience. Using your empathetic and understanding style you will also help to manage user complaints and issues providing solutions and alternatives. Conducting due diligence checks, verifying and approving both applicants, applicant projects, and potential funders will require an excellent attention to detail.
You will also help with general marketing activities in support of the marketing plan and in developing the business. This will include following up leads from events and via downloads from The Good Exchange, helping to manage The Good Exchange’s contact database in the Salesforce CRM system and Pardot Marketing Automation System, providing support for up-coming events, setting up webinars, and helping with other general marketing activities.
What we are looking for
While experience gained from an externally-facing role would be helpful, the successful candidate will need to be confident in establishing good relationships with stakeholders (mainly on the telephone or via e-mail), focusing on customer satisfaction and demand generation. The need to demonstrate correct, succinct and clear written and spoken English together with proficiency in Microsoft Office are also essential skills for success.
