About the role

All our brands have dedicated teams of marketing specialists who drive traffic to our sites, create memorable campaigns, and keep our customers coming back for more. From PPC and SEO, to Social Media and Influencer marketing, we’ve got it covered. 

Brand Marketing at THG typically focuses on Campaign marketing. As a Graduate Brand Marketing Executive you will have overall responsibility for assisting the team to deliver exciting NPDs and branding campaigns. The main objectives are to drive revenue, increase new customer acquisition and gain brand exposure. Main duties & responsibilities include:

  • Liaise with the team and understand their marketing and trading plans for different marketplaces to create localised campaigns
  • Work with NPD team to create a customer-focused offering and bringing new products competitive in the local market from initial concept to delivery
  • Effectively communicate between the Brand team and Creative Team to deliver localised campaign assets and supporting with all marketing materials
  • Work with brand team to align campaigns with the campaign calendar and support on the category bottom-up planning process from customer segmentation and surgeries through to signing off plans compatible with the business strategy and annual plan
  • Develop internal relationships with NPD/procurement/production/finance/compliance team
  • Understand performance driver and conduct gap analysis to grow the brand presence and market share
  • Assist with marketing channel executions for localised campaigns and review the performance accordingly
  • Use data analysis tools to track campaign and NPD performance and recommend appropriate business strategies to optimise category performance
  • Creating mood boards, campaign briefs and SKU codes
  • Supporting with Brand events, attending photoshoots and ensuring all channels have the assets they need to go live for NPD

What we are looking for

  • Top level graduate, looking to start work after graduation in Summer 2022
  • Commercially astute, ambitious and highly intelligent individuals who are hungry for success and genuine responsibility
  • An excellent communicator with the ability to build solid relationships both internally and externally
  • Strong passion for Brand & Campaign Marketing, as well as good organisational skills
  • Knowledge of both current and emerging global platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok etc.
  • A proactive self-starter with a problem-solving attitude and the ability to meet deadlines
