Responsibility from the start
Your journey will begin in the merchandising team, where you’ll learn our business in detail. You’ll be taught to drive results in an entrepreneurial way, from day one. After a comprehensive induction and training plan, that includes classroom and practical workshops, you’ll begin to understand the fundamental partnership between merchandising and buying. This relationship is key to delivering value to our customers online and in store.
You’ll be part of one of our wide-ranging product category teams, growing your knowledge and developing strong business relationships. As you progress within Merchandising you’ll develop the relationships and advanced skills necessary for making decisions that contribute to profitable sales. You’ll be supported by a capable network; that includes your managers, mentors and ‘team buddy’ throughout.

- Able to build strong and trusting relationships
- Ability to think outside the box and take risks
- Comfortable admitting your mistakes and learning from them
- Great communication skills
- Sharp commercial thinking and analytical skills
- Flexibility to thrive in a constantly changing environment where decisions happen quickly
If you have European language skills – particularly German or Polish – that would be a plus. And if you’ve lived and worked in mainland Europe, even better. In a business like ours, all the above assets are great to have.
