- Graduate Software Engineer - You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary product team, to design, implement and support in the production of bespoke software systems. Our tech stacks vary between products but include .Net Core, React, Azure API Management, Visual Studio Code / 2019, SQL Server 2014, Azure Devops, Git
- Cyber Security - You will develop knowledge and skills that will equip you to understand, manage, and mitigate the risk of our critical data and services being disclosed, altered, or denied access to. You will also need to communicate security risk across technical and non-technical stakeholders enabling informed decisions to be made about business direction and priorities.
- Business Designers - Day to day you will work with stakeholders to understand problems, draw up requirements on an ideal outcome and help design a solution to reach that outcome.
- APMO - You will cover a diverse range of activities to support the delivery of our Agile Portfolio. You will build your ability in stakeholder management, organising the priorities and project plans to drive value. This role will equip you with the skills and qualifications to grow in your career in a range of areas.
Throughout your programme you will be fully supported by a dedicated Academy Manager, as well as being mentored by Senior Leaders and previous Together Graduates during the course of the programme.

What we are looking for
- To be considered for a Tech role you will have a passion for technology / innovation and you will have a 2:2 in a science, technology, engineering or mathematics (STEM) subject. (You will have graduated in 2022 or are due to complete in 2023);
- An interest and enthusiasm to work in the Financial Services industry;
- Able to commute to Cheadle on a daily basis;
- The drive and passion to succeed in an ambitious business;
- A problem solving approach and a keen desire to lean new tools and technologies;
- You will often present your ideas to the senior management so excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the confidence to engage with senior managers are vital.
