Job description

Our Engineering and Technology Graduate scheme is tailor made to support you and your ongoing development. Joining us with, or on track to achieve, a minimum of a 2:2 degree qualification in an engineering subject, you’ll work towards becoming a Chartered Engineer. During your two-year development programme, you’ll work across multi-disciplinary teams on multiple transport modes to deliver city-defining programmes and cutting-edge innovations.

Upon choosing from the following streams: electrical engineering, systems engineering, technology engineering, you’ll rotate between eight different placements that will provide you with first-hand experience of the varied work we do. TfL’s vision is to be a strong, green heartbeat for London, and our engineering and technology graduates are a fundamental part of this mission. Our graduate scheme will not only kickstart your career, it will also set you on the right track to make a huge impact to how London moves.
