About Uniqlo

Who you are, what you believe in: that’s what you wear everyday. And that is what we make clothing for. Welcome to a new way of apparel.

We are an apparel company from Japan, opening our doors for the first time in 1984, and are now a global brand with over 1,900 stores around the world. Our clothes are inspired by our Japanese values of simplicity, quality and longevity; designed to be of the time and for the time - the building blocks of your style, world-famous for being high quality, innovative, functional and affordable.

Over the next two or three years, we are looking to double the number of UNIQLO stores in Europe, currently around 40. We believe in the power of clothing to positively change lives and we are looking for talented graduates to be a part of that journey too.

UNIQLO Manager Candidate Programme

Our UNIQLO Manager Candidate (UMC) Programme will prepare you to take on a range of roles as an innovator, a talent developer, a problem solver, and above all, a business leader.

You will join a group of passionate peers from around the world and undertake an intensive one year training programme designed to build the skills and experiences necessary to run a store generating millions in sales.

Upon completing the programme, you will have the opportunity to move towards progressively larger store management roles, either in the UK or around the world, and become a key player in Uniqlo’s European expansion.

Wherever your interests lie, the UMC experience will set the stage for unrivaled opportunities. Your personal growth, responsibility, and achievement are limited only by your own ambition.
