About Uniqlo

Who you are, what you believe in: that’s what you wear every day.
And that is what we make clothing for. Welcome to a new way of apparel.

Who we are

We are an apparel company from Japan, opening our doors for the first time in 1984, and are now a global brand with over 2,500 stores around the world. Our clothes are inspired by our Japanese values of simplicity, quality and longevity; designed to be of the time and for the time – the building blocks of your style, world-famous for being high quality, innovative, functional and affordable.

We believe in the power of clothing to positively change lives and we want you to be a part of that journey too.

Uniqlo Store Management Programme

Our UNIQLO Store Manager Candidate (UMC) Programme will prepare you to take on a range of roles as an innovator, a talent developer, a problem solver, and above all, a business leader.

You’ll join a talented group of graduates from around the world and undertake an intensive 12-month training programme designed to build the skills and experiences necessary to reach the role of store manager, responsible for a multi-million pound business.

Upon completing the programme, you will have the opportunity to move towards progressively larger store management roles, either in the UK or around the world, and become a key player in Uniqlo’s European expansion.

Wherever your interests lie, the UMC experience will set the stage for unrivalled opportunities. Your personal growth, responsibility, and achievement are limited only by the level of your ambition.
