Vaisala Birmingham’s Customer Services team provides 24/7 frontline support to our global customer base and undertakes remote monitoring of over 1,600 weather stations that span the globe. We offer troubleshooting on Vaisala weather station equipment and software for an extensive internal and external client base, acting as the hub of operations for service teams in the UK, the USA and parts of Europe. We predominantly support the roads market segment although support of other segments, such as airports and renewable energy, continues to increase.
Our expertise is within customer support and we combine this with our technical capabilities to support our global data centre and field operations through 24/7 monitoring of weather station data.
