As a graduate joining our teams in the ERFs, you’ll provide technical support and analysis. Working closely alongside other disciplines in the ERF business (operations and engineering), you’ll help identify issues and challenges which have an impact on the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of an ERF and work towards solutions. This is an innovative environment that requires innovative ways of thinking.

In return, we’re committed to ensuring your professional development, assisting with obtaining your Chartered status and becoming a technical expert. We’ll also ensure that you’ll benefit from a personal mentor within the business.

This role will report to the Head of Performance Improvement supporting the continuous improvement approach to the business. Experience or knowledge of the waste industry or environmental services is desirable but not expected.

What we are looking for

A team player, you’ll have a relevant degree, such as mechanical or process engineering, alongside a full driving license. You’ll also have strong relationship building, organisational and analytical skills, a ‘can do’ attitude and be able to communicate information and new ideas effectively.
