The role of our Graduate ICT Project Manager is to plan, execute, and close projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Graduate ICT Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
You’ll liaise, and possibly negotiate, with stakeholders across the business and at all levels, therefore having strong communication and relationship building skills is key. You’ll also produce and deliver reports, proposals, requirement documentation and presentations and proactively manage the scope of the projects identifying risks and opportunities, devising mitigation and contingency plans where required.
The role will be based in either Exeter or Taunton with some travel required as necessary. Therefore a full driving license is essential.

What we are looking for
As our Graduate ICT Project Manager, you’ll have a relevant degree and preferably working towards a PRINCE2 qualification to support that. You will have demonstrable experience either in a work place or within your studies of working on and managing projects. You’ll be a team player and have a high skill level in Microsoft Office, IT, numeracy and literacy alongside strong planning and organisation skills. You’ll be motivated yet resilient and able to work in a way that adapts to changing requirements and priorities.
