We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Group HR Graduate to join us to work in partnership with stakeholders within the Group HR function and the business to further develop and deliver a people plan aligned with the people strategy and business objectives.
This role is a fully functional role whereby you’ll actively start to support the Group HR function and the business from day one. You’ll develop knowledge, understanding and experience across the different functional teams during your graduate programme to ensure that you gain the broadest experience and insight, these teams include: HR business partnering, employee relations, HR operations and talent and capability.
Our Group HR Graduate will serve as a consultant on strategic people related issues and act as an employee champion and change agent within the business.

The Group HR Graduate will be based in Exeter and Taunton – there will be travel required between the two locations, and the wider business sites across the UK as required.
What we are looking for
You’ll be passionate about developing people strategies in the workplace and resolving challenges, a critical and logical thinker yet able to consider innovative solutions. You’ll be self-motivated, proactive, resilient and able to work to deadlines under pressure within a fast-paced environment. You’ll have strong relationship building and communication skills, able to liaise with stakeholders at different levels.
Ideally, you’ll have HR project experience gained within your studies or the workplace and knowledge of HR systems.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
We’re looking for someone who has qualified in a degree in human resources, or where human resources is a significant module and is familiar with the principles of HR, GDPR and employment legislation.
