As our new Project and Documentation Management Graduate, working in our Energy division, supporting landfill, you’ll primarily support a business-critical project to audit, review and manage all associated documentation, reference and best practice materials, permitting etc held on internal management systems. You’ll ensure accurate, up-to-date and compliant information is held that supports the wider business area and future projects. In addition, to produce new materials where applicable.
Where applicable, you’ll also gain hands on experience in the field, undertaking sampling and testing to produce reference material, and support wider projects.
In this role, you’ll also support the Head of Technical Compliance with communications and training relating to updates and the latest best practice where applicable and assist in coordinating information across multiple projects.

The location of this role can be discussed however, a willingness to relocate for the duration of the Project and Documentation Management Graduate Programme would be advantageous if required and as travel to other UK sites will be part of the role, a full UK driving licence is essential.

What we are looking for
You’ll possess knowledge and awareness of environmental issues, ideally related to the waste management industry and an understanding of health and safety legislation.
Knowledge of environmental risk assessment would be advantageous.
You’ll be a strong communicator and relationship builder, resilient and self-motivated. You’ll be adaptable and able to work in an environment where structure is not always available, and priorities can change. The successful Project and Documentation Management Graduate will be able to balance conflicting priorities whilst delivering against deadlines. You’ll have a good attention to detail and able to analyse and manage data, producing reports.
Knowledge and experience of the waste management industry would be desirable but not essential.
As our new Project and Documentation Management Graduate, you’ll have graduated (or graduating by October 2019) in a relevant degree such as environmental science, hydrogeology, geology, for example, and understand the principles relating to those subjects.
