We’re hiring Customer Service Advisors in Wythenshawe and are looking for graduates to join us and really make their mark. We invest in a three-week training period so that you get to really know your colleagues and the standards we set in customer service. Close support is provided, tailored for our people’s needs. Team leaders and management are really approachable and always on hand to help with any problem or situation.

Our Advisors need the empathy, ability and personality to provide a great customer experience for all our customers. You will handle all sorts of queries relating to our mobile products and look to resolve situations at first contact with a happy customer.

What we are looking for

You’ll need an excellent telephone manner and great communication skills. The ability to listen and ask the right questions is really important, so you understand what’s driving the customer to potentially look elsewhere. Resilience, determination, empathy and the rapport to quickly develop a relationship with any customer are key traits that you’ll need to provide excellent service. Regardless of your background this role is all about your personality and behaviours - we’ll provide you with all the training that you need.
