Graduate Software QA Analyst

Job description

Voiteq is looking for IT graduates to join our team, working on a range of software serving the logistics industry. We build apps that use voice-directed work solutions, so there's lots of interesting ways to get involved with working with voice and wearable computers. Analytics is a big part of our business, so any experience working with data warehousing or dashboard tools is a plus.

As part of the Project Delivery team, you will test, install, configure and train users on Voiteq’s VoiceMan suite of software and hardware solutions. The creation of both internal and customer-facing documentation and training material is also an important part of the role.

Often we work closely with customers as part of a planned project go-live cycle. In this role you will be responsible for training and delivering software solutions both remotely and at customer sites.

Our software often becomes crucial to our customer's operation so delivering quality is important. Your role will involve following an established test procedure and working with others in the team to improve QA processes.

Strong IT skills are important in this role. You should have a good understanding of the software lifecycle using Windows Server and Microsoft SQL Server databases. An understanding of modern DevOps practices would be beneficial.

Voiteq have a strong culture of professional development, with many of our analysts going on to gain British Computer Society qualifications, with others becoming qualified in enterprise software such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics.
