Job description

Seeking a career in teaching? Keen to earn whilst you learn? Want to develop your teaching skills within an Ofsted ‘outstanding’ College. Then this opportunity could be for you.

As part of our AoC Beacon Award winning LibraryPlus team, you will be working with Learning Mentors to plan and deliver a ‘personal and social development’ programme to groups of learners across the College, supporting learners within a vibrant and inclusive environment.

You will also have the opportunity to work one day a week within your specialist curriculum area through an internal placement as well as a full day of teacher training.

As part of the programme, you will be fully funded to work towards a Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training qualification. Applications are welcome from individuals with academic and vocational backgrounds.

Enhanced bursaries may be available to interns from certain subject areas.
