We are offering specialist buying, finance and IT Graduate Programmes across both Head Offices in London and Swindon, Wiltshire. In short, you’ll learn all about and become an expert in your preferred function (Buying/Finance or IT) through an exciting 15 month programme; split into approximately four rotational placements dependant on the function you join. Whichever function you join you will spend the first six months learning all about your function, this is a chance to really get a deep understanding, tackle a range of tasks and get a good grounding of your function.
Next up is two short placements; one in our stores giving you an opportunity to really understand the heart of our business and be on the frontline to gain insight of our customers and the second in a complimentary function to provide you with a broader understanding of the business as well as aiding your progress within your preferred function. Finally, it’s back to your specialist area where you’ll really hone in on your skills and build expertise within your desired specialist area setting you up in readiness to fast-track your career.

Qualifications and experience requirements
