Account Executive

Job description

The Accounts Management team partner with our Medical Writing team and are responsible for the delivery of projects for our clients. The Account Management team work with available in-house expertise such as our creative team but also with third-party suppliers, and provide appropriate direction, ensuring projects exceed client expectations and are delivered to budget.

An Account Executive at Lucid is responsible for:

  • Delivering and continually improving the account administration and support to internal and external clients
  • Supporting in budget development and financial tracking of projects
  • Building strong working relationships with our clients
  • Contributing to proposals for our clients
  • Attending appropriate client meetings, ensuring they build confidence in the service Lucid provides
  • Supporting the Account Manager in ensuring all projects deadlines are met, being clear on all details and requirements
  • Ensuring we exceed all clients’ expectations

  • Experience working in a fast paced environment
  • Experience in building strong client or people partnerships
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Experience within the medcomms/healthcare industry is advantageous
