An exciting opportunity has become available for a management/marketing/innovation graduate to facilitate sustainable business growth and improve operational and manufacturing productivity by embedding strategic management and marketing capabilities in East Sussex based business. The University of Brighton is working in partnership with Kinley Systems to deliver this 2.5 year fixed term contract as a KTP Associate (Knowledge Transfer Partnership).

What we are looking for
In order to be successful in this role, you should have a BSc Hons (min 2:1) in a business management related degree, including business administration and/or marketing and ideally a relevant Masters level qualification and/or experience, for example in the areas of entrepreneurship and/or innovation management. It is essential that you have a strong grounding in strategic management, innovation management, marketing and/or brand management.
