Supporting our Senior Leadership Team (SLT), your role will be varied and busy and you must be able to multi-task. A typical day involves proactive diary management, agenda setting, taking minutes for meetings, drafting documents, and undertaking research amongst other tasks.
You will also undertake specific work to support the Executive Assistant to the Principal in her role as Clerk to the Board of Trustees, providing administrative support for the cycle of committee meetings across the year.
Please note, office hours are 8am to 6pm and you are expected to be flexible and cover these hours within the team on a rota basis.
