General Practice Surveyor Graduate Officer

Job description

The Council is once again preparing to recruit to its Graduate Programme, which runs every two years and offers a vibrant environment in which to learn new and transferable skills, meet people from a range of backgrounds and develop a career.

The management of the Councils land and property portfolio is a key element in the delivery of this and the role of General Practice Surveyor will support technical officers with the day to day issues surrounding the management of the Councils land and property portfolio including rent reviews, tenancy expiries , applications for landlord consent ,encroachments, valuations and disposals, lettings and general landlord/tenant relations.
