About the Role
As a Graduate Analyst you will be supporting our clients with their most pressing business issues and complex problems. You will be working in a consulting capacity across our core disciplines of Programme Delivery, Market Analysis and Economics, Operational Excellence, Data Analytics, and Strategy Consulting.
Our clients are focussed within the Energy, Utilities, and Financial Services sectors – you will be able to develop your expertise as a consultant and develop your passion to deliver innovation solutions to complex challenges.
Unlike traditional graduate schemes you’ll be in charge of your own destiny and driving your career opportunities with our support exposing you to new situations. We’re less classroom and more hands on, you’ll develop your skills and knowledge by getting stuck in with on the job learning.

If successful, you will be selected for an assessment centre – where we will review your performance and capability through a series of interviews, individual and group exercises. The next assessment centre is in Nottingham on Friday 21st June.
If you pass the assessment centre, you will then be invited back for a discussion with the management team with successful candidates receiving an immediate offer.

To join the programme you will need a minimum 2:1 bachelor’s degree (in any discipline – achieved or predicted).
The role will involve travel – and could take you all over the country, or indeed the world. Your home will be our new offices in the heart of Nottingham City Centre, with offices in Central London coming soon.
